تصميم رقمي متاح بترخيص تجاري محدود وغير حصري، يتيح لج استخدامه على المنتجات المادية وبيع ما يصل إلى 500 وحدة لكل ترخيص، مع الحفاظ على التصميم الأصلي دون تعديل.

شروط الترخيص التجاري المحدود وغير الحصري

1. الاستخدام المسموح
يُسمح للمشتري باستخدام التصميم الأصلي على المنتجات المادية وإنتاج وبيع ما يصل إلى 500 وحدة إجمالاً لكل ترخيص، بغض النظر عن نوع المنتج أو عدد الطلبات.

2. الاستخدام غير الحصري
يحق لـ Dona Store بيع التصميم وترخيص استخدامه لأكثر من عميل. ولا يمنح هذا الترخيص المشتري أي حقوق حصرية في التصميم.

3. منع التعديل
يُمنع تغيير ألوان التصميم أو عناصره أو تكوينه، أو إجراء أي تعديل على العمل الفني الأصلي.

4. منع إعادة البيع والتوزيع
يُمنع إعادة بيع التصميم الأصلي أو ملفاته الرقمية أو مشاركتها أو توزيعها أو منح ترخيص استخدامها لطرف آخر. ويُسمح ببيع المنتجات المادية التي تحمل التصميم ضمن الحد المحدد في البند الأول.

5. الملكية الفكرية
تحتفظ Dona Store بحقوق الملكية الفكرية للتصميم الأصلي. ويمنح الشراء المشتري حق استخدام محدوداً وفق هذه الشروط، دون نقل ملكية التصميم.

6. تجاوز الكمية المسموحة
يتطلب إنتاج أو بيع أي وحدات إضافية تتجاوز 500 وحدة الحصول على ترخيص إضافي من Dona Store قبل الإنتاج أو البيع.

Available under a limited, non-exclusive commercial license, allowing you to create and sell up to 500 physical product units per license, while keeping the original artwork unchanged.

Limited Non-Exclusive Commercial License

1. Permitted Use
The purchaser may use the original design on physical products and produce and sell up to 500 units in total per license, regardless of product type or the number of orders.

2. Non-Exclusivity
Dona Store reserves the right to sell and license the same design to multiple customers. This license does not grant exclusive rights to the purchaser.

3. No Modifications
The purchaser may not alter the original artwork, including its colors, elements, or composition.

4. No Resale or Redistribution
The purchaser may not resell, share, redistribute, or sublicense the original design or its digital files. The sale of physical products featuring the design is permitted within the limit specified in Section 1.

5. Intellectual Property
Dona Store retains the intellectual property rights to the original design. Purchasing this product grants a limited right to use the artwork under these terms and does not transfer ownership.

6. Exceeding the Permitted Quantity
Producing or selling additional units beyond the 500-unit limit requires obtaining an additional license from Dona Store before production or sale.
